The Open Beta version of Digital Combat Simulator World (DCS World) 2.5 is a free-to-play digital battlefield game and simulation environment. The 'release' version will be available shortly after Open Beta testing is complete. The Open Beta is an optional version of DCS World that we use to first test new content and technologies before moving them to our release version.

D-Link DCS-930L :: Date And Time Not Saved

2 days ago bought 2 dlink 930l camera's. Everytime a reset or reboot the camera or maybe not even reboot the date and time for the camera is far away, so it is not saved. I am not using yet a ntp server because i don't now which one yet.

We nave a new DCS-932L, and a several month old DCS-930L, both with latest firmware.I have set up both the same, enabled Motion detection across the two middle horizontal bands (fully across); no email; ftp enabled; Video set to 1 fps, quality='high', java.The DCS-932L seems to ignore the frames per second settings; motion brings several seconds of 15 fps, generating maybe 50 image files in a burst.The DCS-930L on the other hand also seems to ignore the settings in the opposite direction, and sometimes has trouble providing even one complete frame.

How to keep the time and date field (in camera settings) to stay? All my other settings seem to be working (and staying) but unless my camera is on all the time, it reverts to 01-01-2011 with a 12:00 am time once I plug it in. I only hook the camera up during the day while I'm at work, so I can keep an eye on my older dogs. I'm not able to view the live video at work (ActiveX issues) so I tried to set up an email schedule so I would be sent pictures.
As a last resort, I went through the wizard set up one more time, thinking I missed something the first time around, but that didn't work either. I am not impressed with D-link support so really don't want to call them unless I absolutely have to.

D-Link DCS-930L :: Gives Error Of Failed To Save Settings When Upgrading

I upgraded the firmware per one suggestion, but no difference.I am going thru the setup wizard with ethernet cable attached. I want to use them wirelessly so I clicked wireless setup, and entered my network info. At that point I get an error message saying it failed to save settings. I know the ID and password are correct.I have tried exiting the setup wizard and accessing the camera thru the web interface. All wireless settings are correct. The camera works FINE on web browser, myDlink, and even my iPhone app as long as the ethernet cable is attached.Other wireless devices have no trouble connecting to my router. Is there some setting on the router that can be preventing the connection? I've done some trial-and-error changes, like different ports and enabling/disabling UpNp on both camera and router.Oh and almost forgot to mention.I did call tech support, which was a joke. Some foreign lady was reading off a script that told me to reset, unplug, reboot everything. Then she gave me a case# and said upgrade the firmware.

I would like the ability to change the default password. Currently, when I change the default password and save the config via the web interface, neither the original password, or the new password work. I am forced to reset the device to the default config to regain access to the device.

during the first set up I have set a password as it was requested during the installation routine. After the installation, I added the camera's IP to my browser (tried IE9 and FF). In both cases I was asked to enter the user name and the PW, but I can't access the 930. I'm using the very same PW as I had set up during the routine, but none of the browsers accepts the PW.

We purchased a new monitor to the pc where the router is connected. Since then, my laptop does not connect to the internet. My network is on the list but it says 'The settings saved on this computer for network do not match the requirements of the network' and the Connect button is not active.

No matter what I do, whenever I enter the Web Interface for my E4200, the page comes up in Russian (at least I think it is russian!!)! I have changed the language to English (by trial and error discovered it was the first option at the top of the pull-down list) many times and yes, selected save at the bottom of the Setup page. I get the message back 'Your settings have been successfully saved'.But next time I go in, it is back to either Russian or sometimes some other wierd script, and I have to reselect English.

Open Network Folders With Different Username / Password Without Deleting Saved One

Sometimes I need to login to server shared folder with different username and password than saved one in 'manage network password' or 'windows credentials' (windows 7). At that time, I have to delete the previous one in 'managed network password', then open the shared folder with new username, again save the old once once it is done.Is there anyway I can just open with different usernames without deleting the saved one? Different users have different privileges in server. Similarly, how to delete temporarily network cached passwords without restarting? I tried net user * /delete but it doesn't work?

I use IE, I go to port forward, I set everything up like it shows and put in my PS3 IP, and I choose save settings. When it comes back after rebooting, nothing is saved. D-Link DCS-942L :: Viewing Saved Recordings From IPhone App

In have the 942l and the mydlink Lite app on the iPhone. I have recording set up on the camera capturing in .mp4 format. I can view the camera on the phone fine. I can go the menu and select playback. I see the date of my recordings and the time. Each individual file is listed as you can see.
When I select any of these files, I get a black screen.
Do I need to change the rtsp URL? Anyone have this working correctly on the iPhone? If so, can you share your settings?

I had to get a new router from verizon cause the old one died. so i reset the camera and wipe all the dlink software and settings. I then start fresh. i get all the way to choosing wireless and input the password. It states that there is a problem saving your settings. I tells me nothing more. I spent 4 hours on the phone with tech support and i can get it working through wired but I can't put it in my childs room wired. it worked perfectly before the router switch. funny thing is that its the same brand and model router.

I downloaded the MAC setup Utility(BETA) and it can't find the camera.The camera is connected via Ethernet-Light on the front under the lens is green (blinks sometimes)First thing I noticed wrong was the setup utility asks if the light on the side of the camera is lit green-there's no light on the side of the camera as far as I can tell. I tried unplugging the camera and hitting the reset button on the back-nothing works.

Is it possible to install the D Viewcam software on a PC that is offsite (different network) as the camera and record from there? Basically the camera is home and you record from work.Can I record directly to any NAS (same network as camera) without having a PC in the middle? Or do I need a specific NAS?What about one of those external hard drives that hook up directly to a router?

D-Link DCS-930L :: Turn Off Camera?

I have the DCS-930L set up at home with motion detection emails. I only want it to be sending emails when I am not home, of course, but there's no way to turn off the camera through my dlink.com as far as I can tell (only an option to remove the camera, which I assume is something more drastic). Is my only choice to unplug the camera when I don't want it emailing?

I am able to access 930L (2 cams) from wifi be it laptop,iphone or ipad but I am not able to see it through 3g.I have Huawei fibre optics broadband reuter from Starhub.Starhub is running away if ask them to fix it. Huawei never takes the call.I tried atleast 3 times 10 minutes each at 8006011450.It goes to disconnect. The lot talked about UPNP is enable in reuter but it does not work.
Now i talked to Dlink support with ticket DCX36811.They advised to load the firmware.I did it still the connection timeout is there. we have baby to monitor through iphone/android 3g.

I bought and hooked up my DCS-930L camera last week. Have since traveled overseas and go to Mydlink website, log-in and then it tries to install a java applet that never does install. It shows the security box where it asks me to run and then it shows another security box with a message: java.io.FileNotFoundException:C:usersmynameAppDataLocalLowSunJavaDeploymentsecurity rusted.certs(Access is denied)
I click ok and the java applet never loads. It just keeps saying Installing Java Applet.

D-Link DCS-930L :: Is Installation Any Different Because There Are 2 Networks

I have a DCS-930 running successfully on my home network. Now I want to set up a DCS-932 on a different network at my mother's house in another city, so I can monitor her house from a distance. Questions:
1. After installing, will I be able to see both cameras at mydlink.com if they are on different networks?
2. Is installation any different because there are 2 networks?
3. Can I use the existing install wizard on the laptop that I used with the 1st installation or should I use my mother's PC?
4. How do I get started since the first instruction is to insert and use the CD that came with the new camera?
Basically I want to know what the install procedure is if I am using a different network but the same laptop I used with the 1st one. The laptop has a wireless connection to both networks.

I think I did everything per the manual, but I cannot access my camera over the internet thru dcs-930l-setup-download.html website. It says that I have to check if I have enough bandwidth, or checked if my camera is not blocked by my router But I have a Dlink DIR 655 router where I have configured the Virtual server (port 80) as it is explain in the manual I also have a DHCP reservation that works fine (I can access the camera within my network) What should I do more now to finally access my camera from internet (this is for me the interest of havinf a network camera!)
